Information About Betas

I have seen some people asking what are betas. Well, betas are very rare penguins that tested Club Penguin during September 2005. Once beta testing was over, they got to keep their accounts and the Beta Tester Party began! At the Beta Tester Party, the free item was the Beta Hat (A very rare item that ONLY betas have). Some penguins are not betas, some of them hacked the beta hat. Some people say it is impossible, but others disagree. Some beta testers quit Club Penguin when Disney bought it. Also, you may not even know that a penguin is a beta. You may not know because some beta testers don’t like wearing the Beta Hat because of the crowds they get. Some betas that I have met are below:

How To Find A Beta

Betas usually go on server Frozen the most, but I have seen some betas at other popular servers including Mammoth, Sleet, and Christmas. They usually log in around 4:00 pm (CP Time). They usually log off at around 6:30 pm (CP Time).

Admin reply: You might have the CPIP server testing hat, but that is not a beta. Beta’s have the yellow and pink hat.
